Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact info@suinte.com If accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original order and place a new one once your return is accepted.

Order Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed; after that the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
